Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then add milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix well.

- Fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed.
