Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick butter, melted
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk (or amount listed on pudding package)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand. Mix with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add half of the Cool Whip, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat until light and creamy. Spread over the Oreo crust.
  3. Prepare chocolate pudding with cold milk according to the package directions. Let set, then spread over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
