- 1 wheel Camembert cheese (8 ounces)
- 2–3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red apple, sliced
- 1/2 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Camembert in an oven-safe dish. Score the top in a crisscross pattern.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and place thyme sprigs on the cheese.
- Wrap the base in parchment if needed and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until soft and gooey inside.
- Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
- Serve immediately with apple slices and toasted baguette.
