Description
Delightfully easy and elegant, these Baked Cranberry Brie Bites combine flaky puff pastry with melty brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce, topped with optional candied pecans and rosemary for a festive touch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin to prevent sticking.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into the individual cups of the muffin tin, forming small pastry cups.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup. Spoon about a tablespoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie, then sprinkle with chopped candied pecans if using for added crunch and flavor.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the cranberry brie bites to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin. Garnish each bite with a small sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive and aromatic finishing touch. Serve warm.
