			- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
 - 8 ounces egg noodles
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1 medium onion, sliced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
 - Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet.
 - Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
 - Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
 - Stir in heavy cream and sugar. Bring back to a simmer.
 - Return beef to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
 - Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve this delicious beef noodle dish immediately.

- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
