- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium ripe pear, cored and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling and chopping the kiwi and pear into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the spinach and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add the kiwi, pear, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend again until creamy and well combined.
- Taste the smoothie; adjust sweetness with more honey if needed or add almond milk for desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses or bowls and enjoy immediately, optionally topped with granola for crunch.
