Description
Sticky, spicy, and totally addictive, these buffalo chicken wings are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a buttery hot sauce that brings serious flavor.

- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in a bowl with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the hot sauce. Warm gently.
- Once wings are done baking, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
