Description

Sticky, spicy, and totally addictive, these buffalo chicken wings are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a buttery hot sauce that brings serious flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in a bowl with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the hot sauce. Warm gently.
  5. Once wings are done baking, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
