Description

This Buffalo Feta White Bean Dip is creamy, spicy, protein-packed, and your new favorite dip. It’s easy to make with simple ingredients and bold flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can white beans, drained & rinsed
  • 56 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine white beans, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, paprika, cumin, and olive oil. Pulse until mostly smooth.
  3. Add crumbled feta cheese and pulse just until combined, maintaining some texture with small feta pockets.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and golden with bubbling edges.
  6. For an extra crisp top, broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely.
  7. Garnish with chopped herbs and an optional extra drizzle of hot sauce.
  8. Serve warm immediately with your favorite dippers.
