Description

Candy Cane Fudge is the perfect festive treat, blending the creamy richness of white chocolate with the refreshing crunch of peppermint candy.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and half of the crushed candy canes.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly. Top with remaining crushed candy canes.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
