Description
This Cheesesteak Stuffed Garlic Bread Loaf recipe combines juicy ribeye steak, sautéed onions and peppers, and melted provolone cheese inside a crusty garlic-butter loaf.

- 1 French bread loaf
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded or sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in minced garlic. Cook until fragrant and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until softened and slightly caramelized. Remove and set aside.
- Add ribeye to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Mix in sautéed peppers and onions.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice the loaf lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread inside. Brush with garlic butter.
- Toast bread in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp it slightly.
- Layer half the cheese inside the bread, then add the steak mixture, then top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly, slice thick, and serve warm.
