  • 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli (approx. 9 ounces)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) to prepare for baking the dish evenly.
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Place half of the cheese ravioli evenly over the sauce, followed by half of the diced chicken breast. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over the layer, then spoon a generous amount of Alfredo sauce on top.
  5. Add the remaining ravioli and chicken in the dish, then cover again with Alfredo sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top layer.
  7. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden brown.
  9. Garnish the dish with chopped fresh parsley before serving warm.
