  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 20 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parsley (finely chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup mixture over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken, then cover with foil.
  6. Place the baking dish on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove the foil, and bake for a further 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish the chicken with freshly chopped parsley.
