- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 20 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup parsley (finely chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken, then cover with foil.
- Place the baking dish on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the foil, and bake for a further 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish the chicken with freshly chopped parsley.
