  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and slice mushrooms.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds, then add mushrooms; cook until tender (5 minutes).
  4. Create the sauce: Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Add soy sauce and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
