Chocolate No-Knead Bread is a rich, indulgent loaf made easily with no kneading required. It features deep cocoa flavor and melty chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or dark)
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and instant yeast in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours until bubbly and doubled.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently form a round ball.
- Place dough on parchment paper, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Place Dutch oven with lid into oven and preheat to 450°F (232°C).
- Transfer dough (with parchment) into the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake 10–15 more minutes.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
