Description

Chocolate No-Knead Bread is a rich, indulgent loaf made easily with no kneading required. It features deep cocoa flavor and melty chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or dark)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and instant yeast in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours until bubbly and doubled.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently form a round ball.
  5. Place dough on parchment paper, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Place Dutch oven with lid into oven and preheat to 450°F (232°C).
  7. Transfer dough (with parchment) into the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake 10–15 more minutes.
  8. Let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
