Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette (opt for gluten-free bread if desired)
 - 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Slice the baguette into approximately 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil.
 - Toast these slices for 8-10 minutes until they turn crispy and light golden brown.
 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add fresh cranberries and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
 - Mix in honey or maple syrup and cook for another 2-3 minutes until syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
 - Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous slice of Brie cheese.
 - Return to the oven and bake for another 3-4 minutes or until the Brie is melting.
 - Layer each piece with a slice of fresh apple and a spoonful of the cranberry mixture.
 - Season generously with salt and pepper, adding fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
