Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crumbled feta. Fold in chopped cranberries and sliced green onions until evenly mixed.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired, keeping in mind that feta is naturally salty.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spread the filling evenly across each, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap.

  6. Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1/2-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
