- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
- 3 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crumbled feta. Fold in chopped cranberries and sliced green onions until evenly mixed.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired, keeping in mind that feta is naturally salty.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread the filling evenly across each, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to firm up.
- Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1/2-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
