Ingredients
- 1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage, casings removed
 - 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 - 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
 - 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced
 - 1/2 Large Red Onion, diced
 - 6–7 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp Garlic Blend Seasoning
 - 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
 - 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (adjust to taste)
 - 1/4 Cup Beef or Chicken Broth
 - 1 Cup Heavy Cream
 - 3/4 to 1 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
 - 25 oz Frozen Cheese Ravioli
 - 1/4 Cup Reserved Pasta Water
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spicy Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Once partially cooked, add diced peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the sausage is browned and vegetables are soft, about 8-10 minutes.
 - Stir in the garlic blend seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Pour in the broth and heavy cream. Stir gently to combine and let simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
 - Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the sauce is thick, creamy, and smooth. Avoid boiling.
 - Meanwhile, cook the cheese ravioli according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
 - Add the cooked ravioli and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
 - Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Adjust seasoning as needed.
 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, or extra cheese if desired.
