- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz spaghetti
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sauté chicken pieces with salt and pepper until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and soy sauce; stir continuously for 3-5 minutes. Add grated Parmesan until melted.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and chicken, tossing to coat evenly. Add pasta water if needed for consistency.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley.
