Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs salmon fillets
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low.
 - Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
 - Return salmon to the skillet and spoon the creamy garlic sauce over it.
 - Simmer for 2-3 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
