Instructions

- Remove excess oil, leave 1 tablespoon, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and water to the garlic, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the crispy beef to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Stir in chopped green onions, cook for 1 additional minute.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice and garnish with reserved green onions.
