Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Neutral Oil
 - 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
 - 1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
 - 1 cup Shrimp (raw, diced)
 - 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
 - 1 cup Carrots (shredded)
 - 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced)
 - 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
 - 10 pieces Rice Paper Wraps

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add diced shrimp, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink and vegetables soften. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Let the mixture cool slightly.
 - Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Submerge rice paper wraps for 10-15 seconds until pliable. Lay a wrap flat, place 2-3 tablespoons of filling at the bottom third. Fold sides over and roll tightly. Repeat for remaining wraps.
 - Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Place wrapped dumplings seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy on one side. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned on both sides.
 - In a small bowl, combine dipping sauce ingredients such as soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Stir well.
