Instructions
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves or quarters for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper; toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes into the crockpot, spreading them out evenly.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
