  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Optional, halved)
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese (Optional, crumbled)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil (Or avocado oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, dice it into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a fine mesh strainer.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and dill.
