These Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls are soft, fluffy, and golden. They are perfect for any dinner table and allergy-friendly.

- 1 cup warm dairy-free milk (such as almond or oat milk)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend (with xanthan gum)
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted dairy-free butter or olive oil
- 1 large egg or flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax + 3 tablespoons water)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix warm dairy-free milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour blend, psyllium husk powder, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg or flax egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 60 to 90 minutes until doubled in size.
- Oil your hands and divide the dough into 12 balls. Place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cover and let them rise again for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 22 to 28 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush warm rolls with melted dairy-free butter and let cool slightly before serving.
