Festive Multi-Berry Punch Jelly Shots (non-alcoholic) are a playful treat for gatherings, combining fresh berries with a fruit juice base.

- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup 100% fruit juice (cranberry or apple)
- 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp sugar (or honey/agave syrup to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and slice larger berries into bite-sized pieces.
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water in a small bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat fruit juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until warm (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds, adding sliced berries as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set; gently remove from molds and serve chilled.
