							Scale

			- 1 pound Ground Beef (80% lean recommended)
 - 2–3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced or roasted
 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
 - ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
 - ½ cup Mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
 - 1 tablespoon Dill (optional)
 - 4 Burger Buns
 - Salt to taste
 - Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill if using. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
 - Prepare Burger Patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), minced or roasted garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce if using. Mix gently until just combined.
 - Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Roll each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Create a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
 - Cook Patties: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place patties on the hot surface and sear for 4-5 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until desired doneness.
 - Toast Buns: Slice burger buns in half. Lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
 - Assemble Burgers: Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Generously drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.

Notes
- Make the creamy garlic sauce a day in advance for deeper flavor.
 - Store leftover burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
 - For juicier patties, use ground beef with an 80% lean-to-fat ratio.
 - Toasting the buns adds a delightful crunch.
