Description
Easy and delicious cheeseburger bombs featuring a savory ground beef and cheddar cheese filling wrapped in biscuit dough, topped with a garlic Parmesan butter glaze.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned (7-10 minutes). Drain off excess grease.
- Season the cooked beef with 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Open biscuit dough cans (16 biscuits total). Lightly flour a surface and flatten each biscuit into a 4-5 inch circle or square.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of cheeseburger filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Gather the edges of the dough to seal completely, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine melted butter with 1 tsp garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese for a glaze. Brush tops of bombs with glaze.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
