- 1.25 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs (at room temperature)
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- 1.5 cups Blueberries (Fresh or frozen (thawed); can substitute with raspberries or other berries.)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (sifted)
- 2 tablespoons Milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
- 0.125 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Prepare Blueberry Puree: Blend 1½ cups of fresh or thawed blueberries in a food processor until smooth. Simmer in a saucepan for 10-12 minutes until reduced to ½ cup.
- Preheat Oven & Prep Dish: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine melted butter and sugar, whisk until smooth. Then add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Incorporate Blueberry Puree: Fold cooled blueberry puree into the wet mixture gently.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually sift in flour and fold until just combined; do not over-mix.
- Bake: Spread batter in the dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool & Glaze: Cool brownies for 20-30 minutes and prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Apply glaze over cooled brownies.
- Cut & Store: Lift brownies using parchment and cut into 16 squares. Store in an airtight container.
