- 1/2 avocado (for creaminess)

- 1 tbsp chia seeds (for added fiber and omega-3s)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (for a chill, refreshing texture)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Chop the apple, cucumber, and avocado into smaller pieces for easier blending. If you’re using fresh spinach, give it a quick rinse.
- In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, apple, and avocado. Add the chia seeds and honey (if desired). Pour in the Green Tea Kombucha, starting with about 1 cup, and blend until smooth. If you want a thicker texture, feel free to add a little more avocado or use frozen fruits.
- Drop in a handful of ice cubes and blend again until your smoothie is chilled and frothy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tanginess to your preference. If you like it sweeter, add more honey or syrup. If you want it tangier, add a little more kombucha.
