Instructions

  3. Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place bread slices butter-side down. Toast until golden and crispy (about 2–3 minutes).
  4. If using, spread mayonnaise on the unbuttered side of two bread slices. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and grilled chicken. Add the top slice of bread, butter-side out.
