Instructions
- Prepare Dough: Warm 1 cup of milk to lukewarm. Combine with 1 packet of active dry yeast in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
 - Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter to the dry ingredients.
 - Knead Dough: Lightly flour a work surface. Transfer the dough and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
 - First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
 - Add Cinnamon Swirl: Punch down the dough. Roll it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread melted unsalted butter evenly, then sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
 - Slice and Bake: Slice the log into 12 equal pieces. Arrange in a greased baking dish, leaving space between rolls. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
 - Cool and Ice: Let the Halloween cinnamon rolls cool slightly. Prepare the orange icing by combining powdered sugar with fresh orange juice and zest. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls before serving.
