Instructions

  1. Prep the Bagel Bases: Slice bagels in half. Toast lightly if desired. Spread the base layer: Cream cheese for snowmen, veggie faces, raspberry wreaths; Peanut butter or Nutella for reindeer; Green cream cheese/avocado for wreath bagels.
  2. Make the Faces: Snowman Bagels: Spread a thick, even layer of cream cheese. Add blueberry eyes. Use a carrot wedge for the nose. Add small blueberries or chocolate chips for a smile.
  3. Reindeer Bagels: Spread peanut butter evenly. Insert two pretzels at the top for antlers. Add two mini pretzels halfway down for ears. Use white chocolate chips + dot of chocolate for eyes, red tomato or M&M for nose, and draw a smile with red icing.
  4. Green Wreath Bagels: Spread green avocado or colored cream cheese. Add green sugar sprinkles for sparkle. Decorate with tiny candy sprinkles. Add a red candy bow at the bottom.
  5. Raspberry Wreath Bagels: Spread cream cheese thickly. Line raspberries around the hole to form a wreath. Optional drizzle of honey.
  6. Cucumber Faces: Spread cream cheese. Arrange cucumber slices in a circular pattern. Add candy/olive eyes. Use a carrot piece for the nose.
  7. Smoked Salmon Face: Spread cream cheese. Add salmon slices to shape the “face”. Use capers/olives for eyes. Add cucumber/pepper for the nose.
