Instructions

- Pour the warm (not boiling) coffee into the blender or shaker cup with the protein mixture.
- Blend or shake vigorously until the mixture is smooth, frothy, and fully combined without lumps.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract if desired for extra sweetness and fragrance.
