Hot Sausage, Feta & Honey Pizza is a bold, flavor-packed pizza that perfectly balances sweet and savory.

- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup pizza sauce or lightly seasoned crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked spicy chicken or turkey sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper and brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until fully cooked and lightly browned. Set aside.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, then add sausage and crumbled feta. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
- Transfer pizza to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the hot pizza. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Let rest 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
