Description

A smooth and flavorful fall drink made with pumpkin and chai spices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice sauce
  • 4 ounces chai concentrate
  • 4 ounces milk (of choice)
  • ice
  • 1 batch pumpkin cold foam
  • pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pumpkin Spice Sauce at least 20 minutes before making the drink.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice sauce and 4 ounces chai concentrate to a 14 to 16-ounce glass and mix well with a spoon or hand frother.
  3. Add ice to fill the glass about ⅔ of the way.
  4. Pour 4 ounces milk into the glass over ice.
  5. Prepare 1 batch pumpkin cold foam and add to the top of the drink.
  6. Dust the cold foam with pumpkin pie spice and enjoy.
