- 4 slices thick-cut Irish cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 slices sturdy white or sourdough bread
Instructions
- Spread the butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of 2 bread slices, spread the Dijon mustard.
- Layer the Irish cheddar cheese slices on top of the mustard.
- Top with the remaining 2 bread slices, butter-side up.
