- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 can (15 oz) chili beans
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Push onions aside and add ground beef; cook until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper, chili beans, and diced tomatoes; simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lay tortillas flat and fill with the beef mixture and cheese. Roll tightly.
- Place burritos in a baking dish, pour extra chili sauce on top, sprinkle more cheese, and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
