  • 19 ounces cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
  • ⅓ cup pepperoncini, drained and chopped
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ medium red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced beef pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced beef salami, chopped
  • 1 cup deli ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, pepperoncini, parmesan, red onion, cherry tomatoes, beef pepperoni, beef salami, and deli ham.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
