 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
 - 2 tbsp butter

 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tsp dried thyme
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
 - Heat butter and olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Sear chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
 - Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened and browned.
 - Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

 - Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
