Description
This maple bacon recipe will be your new favorite way to eat bacon. Bacon is brushed with pure maple syrup, baked until caramelized & sprinkled with flaky sea salt.

- 12 ounces bacon (10 to 12 slices)
- 3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius). Line a large plate with paper towels.
- Put a wire rack on a large baking sheet. Evenly space bacon on the rack.
- Brush each the top of each piece of bacon with maple syrup.
- Bake for 18-25 minutes until bacon is done (this varies a lot depending on how thick your bacon is).
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle each piece very lightly with flaky sea salt (if desired).
- Transfer the bacon to the paper towel lined plate to cool slightly before serving.
