Instructions

  3. In a blender, combine washed berries, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher if desired for a smoother texture.
  5. Stir in honey or agave syrup until fully dissolved.
  6. Pour in sparkling water and gently stir before serving over ice.
