Refreshing Berry Ginger Mocktail
Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash mixed berries under cold water. If using frozen berries, allow them to soften.
- Grate fresh ginger using a microplane or knife.
- In a blender, combine washed berries, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher if desired for a smoother texture.
- Stir in honey or agave syrup until fully dissolved.
- Pour in sparkling water and gently stir before serving over ice.
