Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Lavender Lemon-Mint Spritz


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup lavender syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemons to obtain 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine lavender syrup and water. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the lemon juice with the lavender mixture.
  4. Add chopped mint leaves to the pitcher and stir gently.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture until three-quarters full. Top each glass with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with extra mint leaves or edible flowers if desired. Serve immediately.
