Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Lavender Lemon-Mint Spritz
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup lavender syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 3 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Squeeze lemons to obtain 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine lavender syrup and water. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a large pitcher, mix the lemon juice with the lavender mixture.
- Add chopped mint leaves to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture until three-quarters full. Top each glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves or edible flowers if desired. Serve immediately.
