  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 large lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons culinary-grade lavender syrup

  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons to yield 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  2. In a saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar with two tablespoons of dried culinary lavender. Heat gently until sugar dissolves, then steep as it cools.
  3. In a large pitcher, muddle one cup of fresh mint leaves using the back of a spoon to release oils.
