  • 1 5.3-ounce container Yulu Honey Yogurt
  • 1 medium lime (juice)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the russet potatoes into wedges, about 1-inch thick.
  3. Toss the wedges in a large bowl with vegetable oil, Parmesan, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  6. Mix the dipping sauce by combining Yulu Honey Yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, kosher salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
