Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the russet potatoes into wedges, about 1-inch thick.

- Mix the dipping sauce by combining Yulu Honey Yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, kosher salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
