Ingredients

							Scale

			- 1 store-bought pizza dough ball or 4 naan/pita rounds
 - 2 – 3 tbsp pizza or marinara sauce
 - ½ cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
 - Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, cooked sausage, grilled chicken, bacon, mushrooms, bell peppers, red onions, spinach, olives)
 - Optional finishing touches (e.g., fresh basil, chili flakes, olive oil drizzle, balsamic glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Heat a pizza stone or an upside-down baking sheet to ensure a crisp crust.
 - On a lightly floured surface, gently stretch the pizza dough into your desired shape. If using naan or pita, they are ready to go.
 - Place the shaped dough on parchment paper. Spread a thin, even layer of pizza or marinara sauce, leaving a small border for the crust.
 - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
 - Add your chosen toppings over the cheese. Avoid overloading to maintain crispiness.
 - Carefully slide the pizza on the parchment paper onto the preheated stone or baking sheet.
 - Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Let the pizza rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing. Add any fresh finishing touches.

Notes
- For a quicker option, use naan or pita bread as the crust.
 - Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before stretching for easier handling.
 - For a crispy crust, ensure your oven and baking surface are fully preheated.
 - Don’t overload with sauce or toppings to prevent a soggy bottom.
 - Variations include: Garden Goddess (pesto base, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, arugula), BBQ Chicken (BBQ sauce base, chicken, red onion, cilantro), or Breakfast Pizza (garlic oil base, scrambled eggs, ham, cheddar, chives).
 - Gluten-free or cauliflower crusts can be used, following package instructions.
