Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and vegetable oil, mix, then beat in pumpkin puree until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  9. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting: beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
