Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange sliced baguette on a baking sheet.
- Brush each slice with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta with salt and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the ricotta mixture onto toasted baguette slices and top with roasted red peppers.
