This fragrant and beautiful Rose Black Tea Latte is something you must try! It’s an easy recipe that blends floral and bold flavors for a unique and elegant café-style drink.


Ingredients

  • 1 black tea bag (or 1 tsp loose-leaf black tea)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk (any type: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 510 dried rose petals (organic, pesticide-free)
  • 12 tsp sweetener (sugar, honey, or any preferred sweetener)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea: Brew the black tea in half a cup of freshly boiled water (steep for 3-5 minutes). Remove the tea bag or strain the loose leaves when done.
  2. Sweeten: Add your preferred sweetener and stir. You can also add some vanilla extract now.
  3. Froth & heat the milk: In a separate container, heat & froth 1/2 cup of milk until warm (don’t let it boil).
  4. Add rose petals: Add the dried rose petals into the hot milk (save a few for garnish) and let it brew for about 5 minutes.
  5. Make the latte: Strain the rose petals and pour the hot, frothed milk on top of the black tea.
  6. Garnish & serve: Garnish with a few rose petals. Enjoy!
