Description

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 6080 mini pretzels
  • 1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits or soft caramels
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until smooth and pliable.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about a teaspoon of peanut butter mixture, roll into balls, and press between two mini pretzels to form sandwiches. Place on the sheet.
  3. Freeze the pretzel bites for at least 20 minutes to firm the centers.
  4. Melt caramel bits and cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip chilled pretzel bites halfway into warm caramel. Let excess drip, then return to tray.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Dip the other half of each bite into chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle each bite with flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate or freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.
