Instructions

  1. Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, buttermilk, oil, vanilla, vinegar, and red gel coloring.
